This program is designed to help maximize fat-loss while gaining lean-muscle within a 3 week period following level 1.
This program consists of compound movements mixed with high-intensity workouts to bring you results you desire and help you get in great shape.
Each day exposes you to something different – from heavy core, supersets, and drop-sets to giant sets. Different muscle groups are targeted 6 days per week, including one ab and cardio circuit at the end of the week.
It’s important to note that aside from the designated cardio day, cardio should be done after every workout to ensure maximum effort during your lifts. Types of cardio you can use are: sprints, interval treadmill sprints, sled pulls/push, etc.
