This program is great if you have gained a little extra weight over the last couple of months and need to lose a minor amount of fat. Once this cycle is done I recommend moving on to the next level for continued results.
There will be 4 gym workouts each week focusing on limited rest between sets.
A high-intensity 15-minute cardio session will follow each workout. Feel free to add more cardio as you wish.
This is a beginner program. If you do not have an understanding of the exercise listed in each workout, please take the time to learn them before attempting this program.
You can play with the days anyway that fits your schedule, just make sure that there are 2 days between each upper-body workout and 2 days between each lower-body workout.
